Recover and recharge in private spending an hour focusing on each element of the space.

You will have full access to explore River Styx’s magnesium plunge pool, 5 degree ice bath, cedar wood infrared sauna, outdoor showers, sun bathing grandstand, relaxing tea, filtered drinking water and towels.

Appropriate swimsuit. There are change rooms available to change.

-Please wear an appropriate swimsuit. There are change rooms available to change.

-Remove all makeup, fake tan and lotions for best results for your skin

-Remove jewellery to prevent damage from heat

A storage area is provided for the safekeeping of all personal belongings in the change rooms

However management accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables of any kind brought onto the premises.

Any rescheduling must be made 48-hours prior to your session.

Any cancellations less than this time period or no-show forfeits your full payment.

Cancellations will incur a 5% service fee.

Free street parking available.

Please don’t park in driveways.

There is also access to the South East Fwy Bikeway at the end of the street.

Public transport the 120 or 119 bus is just a 5min walk down the street.

Please consult your doctor if you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, skin conditions or any other medical complications before booking a session.

Remember to stay hydrated prior, during and post your session.

Pregnant women are always welcome to relax and enjoy the space and its facilities. However we do advise caution with cedar wood sauna due to excessive heat and pools.

Please seek medical advice from your healthcare specialist before booking as each pregnancy is unique.

All attendees must be over the age of 18 years old.

River Styx is a non-smoking/ non-vaping space.
